You can assign your GameBuff license to another user. Since GameBuff is accessed through an account, you can assign it to a specific email address.
An email will be sent to that address, prompting the user to create an account. Once created, they will have full access to the product. However, in their account, they won’t be able to manage any account-related actions for the license.
Assigning a Product
- Go to our Account Portal.
- Sign in to your GameBuff account.
- Open the Products section.
- Click on the arrow to expand the product settings.
- Click on the gear icon under Actions.
- Click on the Assign to... next to an Unassigned license.
- Choose Another user.
- Enter the email into the box.
- Click Assign License.
- The new user will appear under the list of assignees.
Unassigning a Product
- Go to our Account Portal.
- Sign in to your GameBuff account.
- Open the Products section.
- Click on the arrow to expand the product settings.
- Click on the gear icon under Actions.
- Select Unassign.
